There are some great new features on the Inergy Kodiak K2 which is the newest version of my favorite solar generator kit the Kodiak version 1. They have added a new MPPT charge controller for 30% faster chrge times. USB-C ports have also been added for faster charge times for your devices. A updated display will allow you to check on the amount of energy you have coming into the unit. The ability to add lithium ion batteries by Inergy will also be available. Adding lithium ion batteries to the kodiak solar generator will be a great update when they are anounced. The unit will be gaining 5 lbs taking it up to 25 lbs but leaving it much lighter than its competitors. I am very excited to see the new K2 and do a full review.
